In these times of Covid19 pandemic we understand the importance of safety, and care to maintain complete hygiene while packaging your products and try our best that it reaches you safely. Hence we advise to check the size chart before the purchase to minimise the chances of returning products and the risk of spreading bacteria too. 

Making your products reach you as early as possible and in the finest condition is our priority. So do our delivery partners.

Free shipping is available across India on all products, subject to a minimum order value. 

Whereas, International shipments are subject to flat shipping fees.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

In most cases, EXCLUDING PRE-ORDERS, Your order will be dispatched within 2-3 business days, once placed. 

Please Note: Products on pre-order will be shipped out after the date of final launch.

 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE, ONCE IT SHIPS?

In India, under Standard shipping, the product will be delivered to you in 3-7 business days 

Expedite shipping (under beta stage rollout available across India ) Our team tries to deliver the product on priority within 1-3 business days, depending upon delivery location.


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?

All the international shipments are likely to be delivered within 7-14 business days after it has been dispatched from India. Please note that these orders need to pass through the customs office in your country before they will be released for final delivery, which can occasionally cause additional delays and may levy additional customs duty (the cost of duty to be borne by the buyer) as per the shipping country’s rules and regulations.

Please note, during sale events or within 3 days of a new collection launch you may experience a 2-3 business days delay in receiving your order.

In case of partial cancellation by a customer, if the total cart value goes below the free shipping amount, the shipping charges will be levied as per the policies.

myfandom.store offers shipping across 220+ countries worldwide. The customer is responsible for any import duty that may be levied upon their order by the respective govt.

Cancellation by MYFANDOM

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations of quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your payment has been deducted, the said amount will be reversed back to your original payment mode. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by MYFANDOM and accepts MYFANDOM decision regarding the cancellation.

Promotions / Coupons / Offers are exclusive & limited to once per user.

MYFANDOM reserve the right to refuse or cancel any Promotions / Coupons / Offers & or any orders associated with such Promotions / Coupons / Offers at our sole discretion.

Any product sent as Free Gift / Promo are not eligible for returns/exchanges.

Any products marked under Promo / final sale/clearance sale - due to the limited edition nature of these items, we cannot accept exchanges/ returns of such products.
